Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy — If you're not satisfied with your tires, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Tires must be unused — they cannot have been mounted, driven on, or damaged.
  • Tires must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Tires that have been mounted or driven on
  • Tires damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or road hazards
  • Custom/special order tires
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

How to Return

  1. Contact us at truongtrucit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label.
  3. Pack the tires securely in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned tires.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, a prepaid label will be provided and the cost deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective tire, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
