30-Day Return Policy — If you're not satisfied with your tires, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Tires must be unused — they cannot have been mounted, driven on, or damaged.
- Tires must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Tires that have been mounted or driven on
- Tires damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or road hazards
- Custom/special order tires
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
How to Return
- Contact us at truongtrucit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label.
- Pack the tires securely in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned tires.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, a prepaid label will be provided and the cost deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective tire, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
